Hello HRC Fertility and HRC Fertility Partners:

In order to proceed with booking services at Mitera, it is now required that you register for a Workbench account. The Workbench is our booking portal for all of our services. If you have not registered, you can do so here: https://workbench.miteraperinatal.com/signup

In order to receive HRC discounts, you must following the directions as outlined below:

• HRC has a negotiated, volume-based discount with Mitera. It is not a universal or agency-level rate.
• The discounts apply only to appointments for clients being seen at an HRC fertility center. They do not apply to patients being seen at other clinics, even if referred by an agency that also works with HRC.
• Whoever is booking must have a Workbench account at the organizational level. If they don’t already have one, they can sign up here: https://workbench.miteraperinatal.com/signup
• During booking, the required “Fertility Doctor (If Known)” field must include “HRC” or “HRC Fertility.” The physician’s name can be included, but “HRC” or “HRC Fertility” must appear somewhere in the field (for example: “HRC Fertility,” “Dr. Wilcox (HRC Fertility),” or “HRC – Dr. Smith”).
• All reports for discounted services are addressed to HRC or the specified HRC physician and may not be used for any other clinics.
• This identification step is what prompts our admin team to apply the discount when invoices are generated. If the field isn’t completed correctly, the discount won’t be applied.

The HRC discounted rates are exactly as follows:

• MFM Gestational Carrier Screening: $545 (discounted from $575); for volume discounts: 0–7 HRC monthly appointments per Workbench account charged at $545 each; 8–14 HRC appointments charged at $525 each; 15 or more charged at $495 each (all based on calendar month numbers and HRC-specific appointments per appointment type).
• MFM Intended Parent Follow-Up: $450 (discounted from $545); for volume discounts: 0–7 HRC monthly appointments per Workbench account charged at $450 each; 8–14 HRC appointments charged at $375 each; 15 or more charged at $275 each (all based on calendar month numbers and HRC-specific appointments per appointment type).
• No-show fee: $75 (discounted from $150).
• Translation fee: $100 (discounted from $150).

Access to HRC pricing requires correct Workbench usage, proper HRC identification at booking, and applies only to HRC-based patients.
