Mitera offers medical records collection, gestational carrier Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)screening services and psychological evaluations for all gestational surrogates. We support surrogacy agencies, fertility centers, surrogates and intended parents to help achieve the best possible pregnancy outcomes for a successful surrogacy journey.
Mitera is the premier standardized screening and certification program for surrogacy agencies. We provide medical records collection and review, obstetrical screening, psychological evaluations and medical oversight during the entire journey for gestational carrier candidates to mitigate risk and optimize pregnancy outcomes. Our medical records collection services for gestational carrier candidates include a medical keyword search summary of all patient records for easy review by their surrogacy agency.
All services may be scheduled, tracked and managed though our online portal, The Workbench.

Fertility Centers
Let us take pregnancy risk assessment off your plate! Mitera’s team of board-certified Maternal-Fetal Medicine physicians (MFM’s) are licensed across the country and ready to help ease the load on fertility centers. Our MFM’s will manage the records collection and review process in lieu of a nurse practitioner or reproductive endocrinologist and create a detailed report customized to the needs of the fertility practice.
We offer all fertility centers access to The Mitera Workbench, an easy-to-use portal to track, schedule and manage cases all in one place!

Mitera’s Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) clinicians specialize in high risk, advanced maternal age (AMA) and pregnancy complications. Mitera’s standard consultation is designed to help clients during preconception, pregnancy or postpartum.

Mitera facilitators are not my facilitators of obstetric or genetic counseling care but rather facilitate an additional, independent third-party second opinion on risk stratification and/or assessment related to pregnancy (“Mitera Services”). The Mitera Services are considered “peer-to-peer” for the purposes of providing advice to my referring organization. No professional/patient relationship is created by using the information provided by or through the use of the Mitera Services. I understand that the Mitera facilitator will not prescribe medications for me and/or is not able to assist me in an emergency. If I require emergency care, I should call 911 or proceed to the nearest hospital emergency room for help.
