All Mitera services are cash-pay and payment is due on the date of service.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a $150 no-show fee for each appointment type. This fee also applies if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time. In addition, medical records must be received in advance of the appointment for review by the MFM. If records are submitted within 24 hours of the appointment, a $150 late-submission fee will apply. If records are provided after the appointment and amendments to the report are requested based on those new records, a $350 amendment fee will apply. The translation fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable for all applicable appointments.
